This sculpture was part of the series Fragments of Construction at my latest solo exhibition 'Reimagining Geometry'. The sculpture is constructed with dried leaves of the harakeke (NZ flax), strung into forms that simultaneously appear futuristic and organic. They can be displayed in your desired way, either on a flat surface, mounted on the wall or suspended. You can turn them to change their look. Enjoy a dynamic work that changes with light and viewing angle!
