Join me for a relaxed Saturday afternoon twining at least one small basket. We are using foraged and dried leaves such as red hot poker, daylily and rengarenga. You will learn the how to cast on your basket and creating a nice simple finish.
I will also provide you with valuable insights on how to harvest and dry leaves, as well as which leaves are suitable for small basketry weaving..
With the skills learnt in this workshop you will be able to explore this technique using materials of your own choice.
