Dried and curled harakeke/nz flax has been constructed into a fragile yet strong sculpture that can sit, mounted onto the wall or suspended from the ceiling. Either way it will change its appearance in different lights from soft and silky to hard casting beautiful shadows.
Kōhatu iti will be delivered in a fitting card board box.
Material: undyed harakeke, cotton string

Because of its lightweight it is easy to install with a small nail or string.
